A 30-minute video interview with a member of our People & Culture team. It is really important for us to get to know you and understand what drives you. We also want to give you a lot of information about G&L and enable you to assess whether you want to be part of our company.
A one hour follow-up (video) interview where you will get a chance to meet your coach from your potential new team. During this exchange we will discuss your skill-set and experiences in detail, and you will receive more in-depth information about the role, the team and what daily-business looks like.
Once all the formalities have been cleared up, nothing stands in the way of your first day with us. You will receive your pre-setup work computer and a welcome box filled with goodies. Our onboarding process will help you get to know the different teams, your new colleagues, exciting projects and the partners we work with.
