With more than 1000 member companies from more than 70 countries, eco is the largest association of the Internet industry in Europe. Eco has been supporting new technologies and infrastructures since 1995 and represents the interests of its members towards politicians and in international committees. The association is actively involved in numerous initiatives and support projects for a sustainable, responsible and secure digital transformation.

The Green Streaming project, supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action, delves into how technically more efficient video streaming can pave the way for a more energy-efficient and environmentally sustainable streaming value chain. G&L is collaborating on this project as an Associated Project Partner, focusing on CDN-related issues.

RadioDNS is a not-for-profit organisation that promotes the use of open technology standards to enable hybrid radio. Hybrid radio automatically scans through analogue FM, digital radio and internet streaming to provide the best quality source possible. G&L is happy to be part of the RadioDNS ecosystem and to apply operational experience in hybrid radio metadata and IP distribution.
SRT Alliance

G&L has been a member of the SRT Alliance established by Haivision since its founding in 2017. Their mission is to continuously improve low-latency streaming, meaning video streaming with lowest delay times, through the joint further development of the open source transport protocol SRT (Secure Reliable Transport).
