Our core services include broadcasting radio and television shows as lives streams around the clock. In addition, we also broadcast events, conferences, or meetings in the Internet – live, on demand, or as a download, i.e. as vodcasts or podcasts.
We require your material on traditional media for encoding and we support all relevant tape and file-based formats. Alternatively, we can of course record the master copies ourselves, or receive them via satellite, or the Internet. We then convert the material into the desired target format – Windows Media, Real Media, QuickTime, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, 3GPP, Flash (On2 VP6 or h.264), AAC, aacPlus (HE-AAC), Ogg Vorbis, AC3, h.263, h.264, Motion JPG, or JPG.
G&L not only allows you to broadcast your content in the Internet, but also to transmit additional information at the same time. When encoding, we integrate the metadata that your viewers, listeners, or customer need. That may include the artist and title of the current song for Internet radio, or for instance, the length of the speech, or name of the speaker for broadcasting a conference online.
G&L does not use conventional software to encode, but rather it employs its own 24x7-capable remote controlled applications. Our specialists invested several years of work into their development. All programmes are introspective, in other words, they can report your status to our central monitoring systems and can be automatically monitored around the clock.
